Ingredients
grated coconut-1/4 cup
shallots-5-6
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
curd-1 cup
curry leaves
salt
fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
oil
mustard seeds
fenugreek seed
curry leaves
dry red chilly
shallots sliced
garlic chopped
ginger chopped
Preparation
In a mixer grinder add coconut with, shallots,turmeric, and cumin powder, then mix it with curd, add some curry leaves into it, then transfer this mix to a wok, turn on the flame in medium, stir well, add fenugreek powder and salt, once the mix get warm, turn off flame. In another wok, heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, chilly, shallots,ginger and garlic, then flash fry this, and pour this above the buttermilk curry.
