Ingredients
maida-3 cup
sugar-1 cup
red food color
water
cardamom powder
coconut oil
raisins
white sesame seeds
salt
Preparation
Add maida in a bowl , add water and make a soft dough. Take 7-8 cup of water put the dough into it, then mix with hand, then strain out this, remove the waste, then cover the water, then rest for 1 day, and remove the excess water , again add 6 cups of water into it, then rest for 1 more day, again remove excess water. Melt sugar with water, add maida mix, and salt, stir continously, add cardamom, white sesame, food color and add coconut oil frequently, mix well, once it become non sticky and thick turn off flame, then transfer to a plate, and set this, allow it to cool.
