semolina-1/4 cup

coconut-1 cup grated

shallots-4

milk-1 1/2 cup

sugar- to taste

Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee and semolina, roast for a minute, next add coconut milk into it, allow it to boil, next add milk and cook well,then add sugar. Heat a pan add ghee into it, roast cashews and shallots well then add this into the cooked rava kanji.
