Ingredients

Grated coconut-1/2 cup
pepper corn-1 tsp
water-1/2 cup
oil
Ivy gourd-200 gm
salt
turmeric-1/4 tsp
mustards
cumin-1/4 tsp
onion-1
ginger garlic paste-3/4 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
tomato
water
Preparation
Grind coconut with pepper and water. Saute Ivy gourd with turmeric and salt for 1 minute and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan add mustards and cumin, next add onion, ginger garlic, and tomato, saute it well, then add masalas, add kovaykka, and grinded coconut, mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes, finally add some curry leaves.
