coriander powder-1/4 tbsp
garam masala-1/2 tbsp
pepper powder-1/4 tbsp
chilly powder-1/4 tbsp
fennel powder-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
salt
egg-2
boiled potatoes-2
bread crumbs-4 bread
coriander leaves
wheat flour
water
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, once it roasted, add onion, and green chilly, saute it well, next add all masalas into it, saute it until turns aromatic, next break 2 eggs into it, scramble the eggs, next add boiled potatoes,next bread crumbs, and mix well, finally add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame. After the heat gone, knead it well and make small triangle shaped bites, then dip this in wheat flour mix and coat in bread crumbs, do this for all, then fry in hot oil.
