coconut oil
onion-2
ginger-1 tbsp chopped
garlic-1 tbsp chopped
green chilly-2
curry leaves
potato boiled-2
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1.5 tsp
garam masala powder-1.5 tsp
salt
maida/ corn flour-4 tsp
bread crumbs
Preparation
Break eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper into it, then beat it. Scramble the eggs in a pan, keep aside. Heat a kadai, add oil, garlic and ginger, next add onion,green chilly, and curry leaves, saute it well, now add masalas, saute again, next add eggs into it, next boiled potato, mix all well, then transfer to a plate, make small portions from it, make a perfect shape, and dip in maida paste, then coat in bread crumbs, after done this for all, fry cutlet in hot oil.
