onion-1
ginger- small piece
green chilly-2
coconut piece-2 spoon
other ingredients
oil
cumin
water-1 1/2 cup
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
salt
rice flour-1 cup
Preparation
Grind all ingredients in the list to make the masala. Then heat a pan,add oil, and cumin, roast it, next add the masala, saute it well, now add water, add salt and turmeric powder, next add rice flour, mix well, then transfer to a plate, then knead it well, then set the dough in rectangle shape, then cut into desired shape, and fry in hot oil.
