Ingredients
semolina-1 1/2 cup
cumin-1/2 tsp
ghee-2 tbsp
oil
urad dal-1 tsp
mustard-1 tsp
cashew
carrots
chilly-2
ginger
curry leaves
water -2 cup
milk-1 cup
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
Roast rava and cumin together, then heat a pan, add oil and ghee , next urad dal, mustards, and allow it to splutter, then add,cashews, carrot,ginger, green chilly and curry leaves one bye one, saute it well, now add water and milk, once it boil add semolina into it, mix well, cook for 10 minutes, finally add some curry leaves.
