onion-2

dry red chilly-4
chilly powder-1 tsp
fennel-2 tsp
curd-1/4 cup
salt
for gravy
chicken-1/2 kg
oil-2 tbsp
cardamom-6
cinnamon-2
coriander powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
onion-1
garlic-1 tsp
tomato puree-1 tomato
coconut milk thick-1/2 cup
grated mango-1
salt
Preparation
Grind all ingredients in the list and mix with curd, and marinate chicken with half of this masala, and rest for 1 hr. Heat a kadai, add oil , next add spices and roast well, now add another half of masala into it, saute for 5 minutes, next add onion, garlic, garam masala powder and coriander powder, again saute for 5 minutes, now add coconut milk and tomato puree, and allow it to boil, then add chicken and mango , mix all well and cook for 15 minutes, finally add some coriander leaves.
