Ingredients
chicken-250 gm
chilly powder-2+1 tsp
turmeric-1/2+1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
soy sauce-1 tsp
tomato sauce-2 tsp
salt
yiest-1/2 tsp
baking powder-1/2 tsp
onion-1
cabbage-1/2 cup
capsicum-1/4 cup
oil-5 tbsp
maida-3 cup
Preparation
For dough making, add maida,salt , yiest , salt and required water in a bowl, knead well, and make a soft dough. Spread some oil above it and keep aside.
Marinate chicken with chilly powder, turmeric,salt,ginger garlic paste, sauces and salt, and rest for 1/2 hrs. Then fry the chicken in oil.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, cabbage, capsicum and saute well, then add masalas and fried chicken , mix well.
Divide the dough into equal portions, then fill with masala and make ball shape, and cook in a steamer.
