Ingredients
For marinate chicken
chicken small pieces-300 gm
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
salt
garam masala-1/2 tsp
chicken masala-1/2 tsp
For dough
maida-2 cup
salt
chilly flakes-3/4 tsp
garlic powder-1/2 tsp
curry leaves powder-1 tsp
butter-1/4 cup
water
For filling
butter
onion-1/4
ginger garlic paste-1/4 tsp
salt
spinach chopped
mozarella cheese
Preparation
Marinate chicken with the above said ingredients, then rest for 1/2 hrs.
Make maida dough and flattern it by using a chappathi press.
Heat a pan add butter, onion, salt and ginger garlic paste and saute well, now add chicken and cook well, then add spinach and cheese, mix well and cook another few minutes, then turn off flame.
Cook all chappathies in a pan and fill with the chicken masala, then roll it.
