Ingredients
For wrap
maida-1 1/2 cup
baking powder-1 tsp
salt
oil-1 tbsp
For marinating
boneless chicken-300 gm
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
curd-2 tbsp
salt
for chilly mayonaise
egg-2
chilly powder-1 tsp
garlic-2
sugar-1 tsp
vinegar-1 tsp
sunflower oil-1 cup
For setting wrap
cabbage
onion
cucumber
tomato
tomato ketch up
Preparation
For making dough, add all ingredients in a bowl, add required water into it, knead well, and make a soft dough. Then keep aside.
Marinate chicken with the above said ingredients, rest for 10 minutes, then fry this well. And cut into small pieces.
For chilly mayonaise, add all ingredients in a mixie jar, blend it well.
Divide the dough into small balls, and flattern it like chappathi, and cook in a tawa, then spread mayonaise above the chappathi, put vegetables, chicken and tomato ketch up , and wrap it tightly. Do the same for all, and fry in a pan.
