Ingredients

boiled eggs-4

onion -2

green chilly-3

ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

salt

turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tbsp

garam masala-1/4 tbsp

potato-2

coriander leaves-2 tbsp

maida-2 tbsp

bread crumbs

for dipping

egg-1

salt

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic, chilly, and salt, saute well, next add masalas, cook until it turns aromatic, next add boiled potato, and coriander leaves, mix well. Take small portions from the masala, cover egg with masala, dip in egg mix and, coat in bread crumbs, then cook in hot oil.
