Ingredients
jackfruit(varikka chakka chula)-25
melted jaggerry- 1 1/2 cup
coconut pieces-1/4 cup
grated coconut-1 1/2 cup
cardamom powder- 1 tbsp
rice flour- 1 3/4 cup
ghee -2 tbsp
Preparation
Take jackfruit in a mixie jar, grind well. Heat a pan and add ghee, then saute grinded jackfruit well, next add coconut pieces, mix well, next add grated coconut, next melted jaggerry, cardamom powder, rice flour, then mix well, once it become thick, turn off flame. Then flattern the dough in banana leaf, fold it and cook in a steamer.
