Egg snack( Egg coin)

Ingredients

Egg-3(boiled and sliced)

gram flour

turmeric

salt

chilly powder

pepper powder

garam masala powder

water

bread crumbs

Preparation

Take sliced eggs in a tray, then keep in refrigirator for 1/2 hrs. In bowl add gram flour and other masalas, make a thick batter by using required water, then dip eggs in this batter and coat in bread crumbs, then fry in hot oil.
