Beef varattiyath

Ingredients

coriander powder-2 1/2 tsp

pepper powder-2 tsp

kashmiri chilly-1/4 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

fenugreek-3/4 tsp

beef-1/2 kg

salt

garam masala

coriander leaves, curry leaves and mint leaves

lemon juice

oil

fenugreek

onion-1/2

shallots-10

ginger garlic chopped- 3 tsp

green chilly-5-8

Preparation

Roast all masalas with some fenugreek seed, then marinate beef with this masala , salt , lemon juice and herbs, rest for 1/2 hrs, then heat a cooker add oil, fenugreek, onion, shallots , ginger garlic and green chillies, then saute well, next add beef into it, add required salt, cover the cooker, and cook well, finally add some curry leaves.
