Ingredients
shark fish
grated coconut-1/2 coconut
ginger- small piece
shallots-4-5
garlic-5-8
pepper-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
fennel-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-2 tbsp( 1 tbsp kashmiri chilly+ 1 tbsp normal)
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder–1 tbsp
green chilly-2-3
pot tamarind
Preparation
Roast coconut with ginger, garlic, pepper, fennel. curry leaves and shallots, then roast until it becomes golden brown, next add all masalas, cook another few minutes , and grind this mix into fine paste with required water. Take fish in curry pot, add chilly, pot tamarind, next add grinded coconut, add required water and salt, cook well until oil separates from curry, finally add some curry leaves.
