Ingredients
idichakka-2 1/2 cup
potato-2
onion-1
green chilly-3
ginger-1 tbsp
garlic-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
red chilly powder-1 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
egg-2
bread crumbs
curry leaves
salt
Preparation
Cook idichakka with water, salt and turmeric, then mash it , and mix with boiled potato. Heat a pan, add oil, onion, ginger , garlic, chilly and curry leaves, then saute well, next add all masalas,next add idichakka into it, mix well, then turn off flame. Mix egg and salt in a bowl, then take small portion of the masala mix, make cutlet shape, and dip in egg mix and coat bread crumbs, then fry in hot oil.
