Fish curry hotel style

Ingredients

fish-1 kg

ginger chopped-1 tbsp

garlic chopped-1 tbsp

grated coconut-5-6 tbsp

turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

red chilly powder-4 tsp

coriander powder-2 tsp

shallots -4

coconut oil-2 tbsp

mustard-1/2 tsp

fenugreek-1/2 tsp

curry leaves

green chilly-4

tomato-1

pot tamarind soaked-6

hot water-1 glass

Preparation

Heat a pan , add oil, ginger, garlic, turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander, and roast this well, then turn off flame, and add coconut into it, mix with masala, and grind coconut into fine paste, add shallots into it, grind again.

Heat a clay pot, add oil, mustards,fenugreek, curry leaves, green chilly, tomato, then saute this well,next add tamarind with juice, next addgrinded coconut with required water, cook this for 10 minutes, add salt, then add fish pieces, again cook for 5 minutes, finally add coconut oil and curry leaves.
