coconut pieces
ghee
rice flour-1 cup
wheat flour-1/2 cup
maida-1/2 cup
semolina- 1 1/2 tbsp
salt-1/4 tsp
jaggerry-400 gm
water-1 1/2 cup
sugar-1 1/2 tbsp
cardamom-4
banana-1
baking soda
Preparation
Roast coconut pieces in ghee, keep aside. Mix all dry ingredients together, then melt jaggerry and add into rice flour mix, then mix well, add more water and make a perfect batter, then add sugar and cardamom in a mixie jar, grind well and add into the batter, next add banana smoothie, and mix well, next add coconut pieces, next baking soda and mix well, and fry unniyappam in hot oil.
