Tharikkanji (ifthar special)

Ingredients

Milk-1 ltr

water-1 cup

ghee-2 tbsp

semolina-5 tbsp

cashew

raisins

shallots-4

coconut pieces

salt- a pinch

cardamom-3-4

vermicelli-2 tbsp

Preparation

Mix water and milk and boil it, next roast cashews, raisins, shallots , semolina and coconut in ghee , set aside. Add cardamom, salt into boiled milk, next add semolina, and stir well, then add vermicelly, cook well, once it become thick consistensy, add roasted ingredients into it.
