Ingredients
Rice-1 cup
coconut grated
salt
cumin
shallots crushed-2-3
Preparation
Wash rice and soak overnight, then strain out from water , keep 1/2 hr, then grind this rice like putt podi consistency, then add coconut, cumin, mix well, then cook putt in a steamer, put the shallots in the boiling water.
