Ingredients
chickpea-2 cup
onion-2
garlic crushed-1 tbsp
ginger crushed-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt
water-6 cup
coconut oil- 1 tbsp
mustards-1 tsp
curry leaves
coriander powder-2 tbsp
red chilly powder-1 tbsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
hing-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Soak chickpea for 10 hrs, then cook in a pressure cooker with onion, ginger garlic, turmeric, salt , and 6 cup of water. Then heat a pan, add coconut oil, mustards and curry leaves, next all ,masalas, roast in low flame, then add to the curry, and cook until it becomes thick.
