Ingredients
ginger ( chopped )-1 cup
garlic-1/4 cup
tamarind
green chilly-4-5
jaggerry
oil
chilly powder-2 tbsp
coriander powder-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
mustards
dry red chilly
curry leaves
Preparation
Heat a clay pot, add oil, next add ginger and roast well, next add garlic and green chilly, and saute this well, then add coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric and salt , mix well, next add tamarind juice and jaggerry, boil it until become thick, finally season with mustards, dry red chilly and curry leaves.
