Ingredients
maida-1 1/2 cup
rice flour-1/2 cup
water-4 cup
jaggerry-1/2 kg
water-2 cup(for melting jaggerry)
ghee- 4 tbsp
cashews
cardamom- 1 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Mix maida with rice flour, then add water and mix well, keep aside. Melt jaggerry. In a pan add melted jaggerry and flour mix together, stir cintinously, once it become thick add 1 tbsp ghee, cook some more time, again add ghee, add cardamom powder, turn off flame when it become non sticky. Transfer to a greased plate. Allow it to cool, then cut halwa.
