Ingredients
rice flour-1 cup
sugar-1 tbsp
water-2 cup
grated coconut-1/2 cup
baking soda-2 pinches
Preparation
Add 4 tbsp rice flour in a pan, add sugar and water, mix it well, and remove lumps, stir continously, turn off flame once it becomes thick.Add this mix into mixie jar, next add coconut, water, grind into smooth paste. In a bowl add rice flour into it, add water, mix well, next add coconut mix into it, mix for 5 minutes, add sugar into it, next add baking soda, rest for 8 hrs for fermentation. After 8 hrs, add required salt and mix it, then cook appam .
