Ingredients
Mutton -3/4 kg
shallots-250 gm
onion-2
tomato-1
ginger- small piece
garlic-3 pods
curry leaves
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
coriander powder-2 tbsp
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
water-1 glass
salt
coconut oil-2 tsp
Preparation
Take mutton in a cooker. add ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, coriander, chilly powder, garam masala, and mix well, then cook for 2 whistle.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and saute well, next add curry leaves, next shallots and saute again, then add onion, saute until become golden brown, then add all masalas one bye one, and saute until raw smell gone, next add tomato, then mix cooked mutton with it , and cook again for 5 minutes.
