Ingredients
For marinate chicken
Chicken-1 kg
curd-1/2 cup
mustard oil-2 tsp
ginger, garlic paste-2 tsp
cumin powder-4 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
chilly powder-2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
tikka masala-1 tsp
salt-1 tsp
lemon juice-2 tsp
red food color-1/2 tsp
For masala
onion-1
green chilly-3
tomato-1
ginger, garlic-1 tsp
red chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
tikka masala-1/4 tsp
cumin powder-1/4 tsp
salt-1/4 tsp
For rice
water-6 glass
salt
bay leaf-2
cardamom-5
cloves-5
cinnamon-2
biriyani rice-1 kg
ghee-1 tsp
saffron milk-3 tsp
red food color-5 drops
coriander leaves
mint leaves
kewra water-1 tsp
fried onion
Preparation
Marinate chicken with above said masala for 1 hour, then fry it, cover it with charkol smoke .
Heat a pan , add 1 cup of oin, fry onion , and keep aside. In the same pan add onion, green chilly, ginger garlic, and saute well, next add all masalas and fried chicken, then saute again.
In an another pot, add water, salt and spices, next add soaked rice, and cook well. Then take half of cooked rice from it, and add chicken mix, ghee , saffron milk, red food color, kewara water , coriander, mint above the rice, then add fried onion, and cover with half part of the rice and use charcol to smoke it.
