Ingredients
wheat flour-1/2 glass
banana-1
taggerry-50 gm
coconut oil-2 tsp
grated coconut-3 tsp
cardamom-5
cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
dried ginger- small pcs
water
Preparation
Melt jaggerry with 1/2 glass of water, then cut banana into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add banana, cook 5 minutes, add grated coconut, saute for 2 minutes, next add melted jaggerry, mix well and cook for another few minutes, next add, cardamom, cumin, and dry ginger in powdered form, mix well and turn off the flame. Then add wheat flour with required water, make a thick batter. Pour the mix into a mould and cook in a steamer.
