Ingredients
raw mango chopped-1 kg
salt
sesame oil-100-125 ml
mustards-1 tsp
garlic splitted-12
curry leaves
red chilly powder-5 tbsp
fenugreek powder-3/4 tsp
mustard crushed-1 tsp
hing powder-1 tsp
vinegar-1 1/2 tbsp
preparation
Mix mango and salt, then keep aside, Heat a pan, add oil, mustards, curry leaves and garlic, then roast it, next add all masalas , and roast it turns aromatic, then add vinegar and mango, mix well and keep in a air tighten jar.
