Ingredients
Water-2 1/2 cup
rice flour-2 cup
salt
oil-2 tsp
Preparation
Boil water in a pan, add salt and oil, once the water is boiled, add rice flour into it, wait for 1 minutes, then mix well, then turn off the flame and cover the pan for 5 minutes. Next knead well into soft dough, then divide into small balls, flattern the balls , then cook it well.
