Jaggerry
water-3 tbsp
coconut-1 cup
cardamom-1/4 tsp
cumin powder-1/4 tsp
salt
ghee
For dough
water-1 cup
salt
coconut oil-1/2 tsp
sugar-1 tsp
rice flour- 1 cup
Preparation
Melt jaggerry with 3 tbsp of water, add grated coconut, add cardamom powder, cumin powder and salt, finally add ghee and mix well. Boil 1 cup water in a pan, add salt, coconut oil, add 1 tsp of sugar, next add rice flour and mix well , make soft dough, divide into small balls, fill with coconut mix, cook in a steamer.
