Ingredients
raw rice-2 cup
urad dal-2/3 cup
cumin-3 tsp
garlic- 1/4 cup
shallots-1/4 cup
salt
mustards
oil
coconut -2( 1 for grinding, 1 for roast)
water
Preparation
Soak raw rice for 8 hrs, roast urad dal then soak for 8 hrs. Add coconut , cumin, garlic, and shallots in a mixie jar, grind slightly, then keep aside. Grind rice and urad dal. Cut coconut into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan , add coconut , roast until the color become golden brown, then transfer to a plate, next add mustards, shallots, roast well, then allow it to cool, then add all ingredients together, mix well. Then cook in a non stick pan
