Carrot halwa

Ingredients

carrots grated-4 1/4 cup

ghee-4 tbsp

milk-3 cup

sugar-1 cup

cardamom powder

cashew and raisins

Preparation

Heat a pan , add ghee , then add carrot , and roast it for 10 min, next add milk, allow it to boil, then add sugar and cardamom, stir continously to become non sticky, next add roasted cashew and raisins, serve with some nuts and ice cream.
