Ingredients
boile rice-1 cup
corn flour/ arrowroot powder-1/4 cup
rice flour-1/4 cup
maida-1/4 cup
water
salt
onion-1
green chilly-2
ginger
curry leaves
cumin-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Put rice in a mixie jar, grind well and pour to a bowl, then add rice flour, arrowroot powder, maida, salt and water mix well, make a perfect dosa batter, finally add chopped vegetables and cumin, mix together and make dosas.
