Ingredients
beef- 250 gm
pepper powder- 3/4 tbsp
garam masala-3/4 tbsp
salt
water
onion-1
potato-1
carrot-1
beans-5
green peas-1/4 cup
ginger- a small piece
green chilly
coconut milk- thick and light
coconut oil-1 tbsp
ghee-1 tsp
kismiss, cashew
curry leaves
coriander leaves
corn flour/ maida
spices
Preparation
Cook beef in a pressure cooker with pepper, garam masala, salt and water.In a pan heat oil, add spices, onion, ginger, green chilly, then saute well, next add vegetables, salt and cook for 5 minutes, next add cooked beef and light coconut milk and cook well, then add corn flour paste and allow it to boil, then add thick coconut milk, cashew, kis miss, curry leaves and coriander leaves, turn off the flame.
