Ingredients
ghee- 1 tbsp
coconut small pieces
jaggerry-150 gm
water-3/4 cup
rice flour-1 cup
wheat flour- 1/4 cup
semolina-1/4 cup
salt- a pinch
baking powder-1/4 tsp
water-1/2 cup
Preparation
Melt jaggerry with 3/4 cup water , then strain it. In a bowl add all flours, salt, baking powder and jaggerry , then mix well with 1/2 cup water, roasted coconut and 1 tsp of ghee. Then fry neyyappam in heated ghee.
