turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
sambar powder-1 tsp
dry red chilly-8-10
mustard-1/2 tsp
fenugreek-1/2 tsp
hing powder-1/4 tsp
oil- 1 1/2 tbsp
coriander leaves
salt
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan , add mustards and fenugreek , roast well, then add hing and dry red chilly, then shallots, onion, tomato, then saute well, next add all masalas, next cooked dal, next tamarind juice.Then allow it to boil. Finally add coriander leaves ans turn off the flame
