Egg roast

Ingredients

onion-2

green chilly-4

ginger- small piece

garlic-5-6

tomato-3

salt

oil

mustard

coriander powder-2 tbsp

chilly powder-2 tbsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

boiled egg-5

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan , add mustards, ginger garlic, onion and saute well, add salt, green chilly, curry leaves, and tomatoes mix well and cook for 15 minutes, add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric, and garam masala then mix well , next add water, cover the pan and cook well. Fry the boiled egg in an another pan then add egg into the masala, finally add some coriander leaves.
