Ingredients
Milk powder-1/2 cup
maida-1 tbsp
baking soda- pinch
sugar-1 cup
water-1 1/2 cup
ghee-1 tbsp
milk-2-3 tbsp
cardamom-2
rose essance-1 drop
Preparation
In a bowl add maida, milk powder, ghee, baking soda, and milk, knead well and make soft dough, then separate into small balls. Then fry this balls until it becomes golden brown color. In an another pan melt the sugar with water and cardamom, after dissolve sugar add jamun balls into it, then rest for 1 hour.
