Fish manchooriyan

Ingredients

Fish( cut into cubes)-1/2 kg

egg-1

corn flour-2 tbsp

salt

ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

pepper powder-2 tsp

red chilly powder-2 tsp

tomato sauce-2 tbsp

soy sauce-2 tbsp

chopped ginger-1 tbsp

chopped garlic-1 tbsp

chopped chilly-4

sun flower oil

onion-2

capsicum-1/2

water

sugar- 1 tsp

Preparation

Marinate the fish with egg,corn flour, salt, pepper powder, chilly powder, tomato sauce, and soy sauce, rest for 5 min, then fry well and keep aside. In the same pan add oil, sugar, ginger, garlic, chilly, onion, and capsicum, cook well, then add sauces and cook another few minutes , finally add fried fish and mix well.
