hing powder-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Heat a pan, add oil, the add garlic and fry well, then transfer to a plate, next add dry red chilly, fry this and keep aside, next add onion, fry well, then add curry leaves, next tomato and cook for 1 minutes, flip the tomatoes and again cook for 1 minutes, next add turmeric and hing, mash it, add salt to taste, next add fried red chilly, and garlic , mix well
