Ingredients
basmati rice-3 cup
skinned chicken-900 gm
arabic masala-1 1/2 tsp
chicken cube-2
red food color
vinegar-1 tbsp
bay leaf
cinnamon
pepper
coriander seeds
cardamom
cloves
dry lemon
cumin
sun flower oil
lemon juice
green chilly-4
for side dish
tomato-1
onion-1
green chilly -1
vinegar-1 tsp
garlic-2
salt
coriander leaves
preparation
wash and soak rice in hot water in 15 minutes. In a bowl add arabic masala, food color, vinegar and chicken cube, make a thick paste , then marinte chicken with this, heat oil in a cooker add spices, then add chicken, cook until 1 whistle. Cook rice separately , drain it , put this above the chicken, add food color , chicken stock, green chilly above the rice, cover the cooker , cook 15-20 min in low flame. For side dish add all ingredients in a chopper, blend well.
