8. garlic-2-3
9. cardamom-3-4
10-cinnamon-2
11. cloves-2-3
12. pepper-1 tsp
13.ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
14. tomato -2
15. green chilly-2
16. coriander-1/2 tsp
17. pepper powder-1 tsp
18.garam masala-1/2 tsp
19. turmeric-1/4 tsp
20.salt
21. basmati rice-3 glass
22. hot water-4 glass
23. dry lemon-2
24. coriander leaves
Preparation
Marinate the fish with ingredients from 2-5, rest for 1/2 hr, then fry and keep aside, then heat a pan add oil , add onion and garlic saute well, next add spices, next ingredients from 13-20 one bye one and saute well, then take 2-3 tbsp of masala from it and keep aside, next add rice with hot water cook well, add dry lemon to it, after cooking well spread masala over the rice and put fried fish , then finally add coriander leaves , and cover the pot cook for a while in low flame
