amrutham podi halwa

Ingredients

Amrutham podi-1 cup

water-1 cup

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

milk-1 cup

corn flour-2 tbsp

water-1/4 cup

sugar-1 tbsp

salt- 1 pinch

ghee-4 tbsp

nuts

Preparation

In a bowl add amrutham podi, water, cardamom and mix well, then strain it to another bowl, then add milk ,corn flour mix, sugar and salt mix again , heat a pan add this mix into the pan cook in medium flame, add ghee frequently, until it becomes non sticky, add nuts then mix it, transfer this to a tin, allow it to cool
