Gram flour- 1 cup
sugar- 1 1/2 cup

ghee-1 cup
refined oil-1 cup
Preparation
Roast gram flour turn aromatic, mix the ghee with oil , and add half of this to gram flour and mix well. In a pan melt the sugar with water , then add gram flour mix, low the flame and mix continously , add ghee+ oil mix 2-3 times , then transfer to a tin cut into pieces
