maida-2 cup
water
jaggerry-500 gm

Preparation
Take maida in a bowl, make soft dough , then add water into it, soak for 1/2 hour. Then melt jaggerry, and strain it. Take the soaked dough and mix with hand then strain it and remove waste, add 1 more cup water and rest for 1 hr, after 1 hour take a tin spread with oil and sesame seeds, and badam and keep aside, then take the maida mix remove the top water, then heat a pan add melted jaggerry , add salt, maida mix and mix well , add gheefrequently until it becomes non sticky, add cashews and badam mix well and pour into the tin allow it to cool
