Ingredients
black gram-3/4 cup
coconut- 1 piece
green chilly-1
wheat flour-3 tbsp
water-3/4 cup
salt
chicken masala-1/2 tbsp
onion, carrot- chopped
grated coconut
curry leaves
turmeric-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
coconut oil-1 tbsp
red chilly powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
fennel-1/4 tsp
salt
coriander leaves
preparation
In a mixie jar add soaked black gram, coconut, wheat flour, green chilly and water and grind into a fine batter and transfer to a bowl then add, chopped onion and carrot, grated coconut, garam masala, chicken masala, curry leaves, turmeric, salt, coconut oil and mix well. Take a sauce pan spread oil and pour the batter cook in low flame for 20 min andcut into desired shapes

In a small plate add red chilly powder, fennel, and garam masala and salt make a slight thick paste and spread over the cakes and fry in a pan
