basmati rice-3 1/2 cup
water – 6 cup
garam masala-1/2 tbsp
ghee-1 tbsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, roast kismis and keep a side, then add onion , saute well, then add chicken pieces with required salt, cook for 5 min , then add garlic, and carrot, after cooking 10 min, add soaked rice , and mix this well for 5 minute next add water, salt garam masala, kis mis, and carrot and cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes
