Ingredients
banana -4 nos
coconut milk-1/2 cup
jaggerry-300 gm
water-1/2 cup
ghee-5 tbsp
salt- apinch
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
nuts- a handful
white sesame
Preparation
Cut the banana into small pieces, put into a blender with coconut milk, then heat a pan add ghee , roast cashews , and keep aside, then pour the banana mix to the pan and stir well, melt the jaggerry in another pan, and strain it, then add in to the banana mix , mix well , add ghee frequently until it becomes non sticky, finally add cardamom and cashews , and transfer to a mould , allow it to cool
